Joyce's Journey to Thin

 I'm Joyce (not my real name), a 15 year old who has been fat her whole life. I want to be the thin girl I've always wanted to be. I'm going to keeping track of my journey through the year and hopefully look like a prettier, thinner, and healthier me I know I can be by 31 December 2012. This is dedicated to all those girls who think they can't do it. This is dedicated to the girls who don't have the fancy equipment or much support from their families to do this. I'm not a medical expert, this is just what I'm coming up with myself.
